Multiguard PRO
This custom-made premier retractable security gate is typically installed at very high-risk security areas like glass sliding doors or other big openings like patios, and front or back doors. Because it is a strong durable gate, it is also installed as an inside security door securing your sleeping area. We call this your “Xscape” area. This sliding security barrier comes standard with a tamper-proof double slam-lock. It’s available in a 100% hot dip galvanized finish and the variety of UV-resistant colours makes it perfect for external applications in both home and commercial installations. To provide maximum strength, it is manufactured out of 70% solid steel with a combination of 20 mm square tube uprights and 20 x 5 flat bar riveted together with high tensile rivets. This is our flagship product.
X-Door
Our custom-made economical retractable security barrier is our affordable security door that can be used to secure doors and / or window applications where medium safeguarding is needed. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation as well as available in a wide range of UV-resistant colours. It’s made with 12 mm square double vertical uprights and has a tamper-proof double slam-lock.

This security gate can be installed both indoors and outdoors. It’s ideal to secure homes and businesses in inland regions. It is custom-made to safeguard high-risk areas like entry and exit doors and other larger openings. The 12 mm square double vertical uprights which are secured together by high tensile rivets offer high resistance to potential trespassers. The gates are available in a range of UV-resistant colours, glide open or closed and are fitted with a tamper-proof double slam-lock.
Alu-X-Dor
Ideal for medium security zones, this custom-made economical retractable security solution, is fully framed sliding security / burglar gates with a single slam-lock. The 100% aluminium construction makes it ideal for coastal regions and any outdoor applications but can be installed indoors as well.
Alumax PRO
The Alumax Pro is a world-class security barrier, and this sliding security gate is suitable for very high-risk security zones, especially along coastal regions. The 4-point tamper-proof lock gate is manufactured with double vertical aircraft-grade aluminium uprights with solid aluminium infills. To ensure maximum strength the diagonal flights are secure across 4 sets of uprights.
Alu-T PRO
Just like the Alumax PRO, this retractable security gate is also constructed from aircraft-grade aluminium. It has 20 x 4.5mm solid aluminium flat bars which connect across 3 uprights. This gate can be installed in homes and businesses both inland and in coastal regions as it is resistant to corrosion. It comes with a tamper-proof handle and a double-inverted locking system with a single key entry.

These are fixed burglar window bars which consist of a 12 mm solid square bar fixed with tamper-proof fasteners on all four sides with our patented “boot” system. There is a unique emergency escape hatch available. These burglar bars are available in a variety of UV-resistant colours and a 100% hot dip galvanized finish.
X-Guard
X-Guard is custom manufactured, but affordable window security burglar bar that offers superior strength for any window opening. This non-sliding security barrier is constructed from steel verticals with solid steel flight interlocks. These window bars can be hot dip galvanizing on request.
Clearvision
These are Xpanda PRO’s Transparent Burglar Bars which are impact resistant and virtually unbreakable. They are at the forefront of the aesthetically pleasing transparent burglar bars industry in South Africa. The polycarbonate barrier which has a special UV protection layer on both sides, is ideal for low-risk security zones like holiday homes, flats or estate living. Because they are rust and maintenance free it is ideal for coastal conditions or at lodges to keep pestering animals out of the rooms. They are suitable to be installed on both wood and aluminium windows.

Our custom-made roll-up garage doors or industrial roller shutter doors are manufactured to the highest standard and made from 0.6mm to 1 mm galvanized slat material with three different roller shutter garage door locking mechanisms. Unique nylon end-locks mean it makes less noise, and ease operation and thus no grease is required. It can be powder coated in a range of standard colours. Operating mechanism options available include push/pull manual operations, crank handle, chain driven and can also be electrically operated. There is also the option of the door having solid and ventilated slats.

Garage Doors
We have 4 types of custom sectional overhead garage doors and can be supplied with four variations of track layout. These include Industrial Steel Doors, Panoramic Heavy Duty Glazed Aluminium Doors, Glazed Aluminium Doors, Panoramic, and D65 Solid Aluminium Doors.
Fire Doors
We manufacture SABS 1253 Class F and C Fire Shutters Doors which can also be electrically automated. They are designed with the intention to close permanent openings in walls to provide fire resistance for about 30-120 minutes to not only stop or delay the spread of the fire, but also to limit the spread of smoke. It comes with a wall-mounted controller and an Econo 500/750 indirect drive motor including a battery backup. It also has an electronic smoke and heat detector, with the option of installing a secondary detector further into the building. Its safety alarm contains a “DOOR CLOSING” warning light with 30 second time delay to allow for evacuation, it can be integrated with most current fire alarm systems.

Our architectural-grade aluminium and powder-coated shutter product range include stylish and elegant yet robust security shutters for patios, kitchens, windows, sliding doors, doorways, entrances, interior and exterior usage etc. Because it has a gear tilt louvre shutter system, it ensures smooth hassle-free operation. The interlocking shutter panels guarantee complete privacy, block the light, and provide greater security. It is installed with a two-point, double-throw locking mechanism and is available in Satin White, Light Grey and Charcoal.

Xpanding Barrier
Our 4 types of Xpanding Barriers are: Econo, Utility, Forecourt and Xpanding. This product range is ideal for commercial and industrial applications. Mainly used for access control, it is designed to accommodate most Industry requirements adhering to Health & Safety Requirements in the workplace. It is manufactured from lightweight aluminium for easy manoeuvrability and storage. When stacked away, the sash takes up ±15-20% of the opening. You can get it in a range of width options from 1-10 m and finished heights from 1.2 m or 1.8 m. Because its main use is for access control, this product is available in high visibility colours like for example black and yellow or red and white and even yellow, but can also be requested in other standard colours.
